1) Adopted with high quality heat-resisting alloy steel tube through treatment specially, calender after heatig is of small deformation.

2) Treated with grinding/hard-chromium-plating/grinding/pressing to a mirror finish, calender is of high smooth finish.

3) Adopted with imported power adjuster and Fuji temperature controller for controlling temperature flexibly (scale style), electric heating pipe is not easy to damage and precision of temperature control is high.

4) Heating of calender surface is even and small range of temperature through conduction oil.

5) The using life of main bear can be extend through circulate water cooling.
